Tilt: Want to use GPRS when connected to my work laptop via USB

When I am connected via USB to my laptop at work my Tilt uses my work network for internet, which has a massive firewall.  I want to be able to charge my phone via USB at work but be able to use GPRS for internet.  Is there a proxy setting somewhere that I can change?  I've looked all over and can't find anything.

In ActiveSync and Windows Mobile Device Center there is a setting for "Allow data connections on device when connected to PC"

In WMDC this is under  Mobile Device Settings > Connection Settings.

Once you check that box, it will allow the device to maintain a connection to the cellular network instead of using the pass-through  data connection.
