TP Link M7350 with AT&T prepaid Sim

I am a AT&T prepaid Sim/gophone user. I bought a TP link M7350 and inserted the sim into the device. M7350 kept giving a message or "no service". Tried to restart as per the manual. No luck. Sim is working as it will function normally if I plugged into my iPhone. How to get the M7350 to work with AT&T prepaid sim?

Hello @CKL2017,

Welcome to the Community Forums! Being able to connect multiple devices on the go is very convenient!  I have used my phone to hotspot on multiple occasions.  I would be happy to assist you with this today.

Go mobile hotspot devices use different SIM cards and need a different plan than what you use for your phone.  You can check out our Go Mobile Hotspot plans on our webpage.

Another option would be to use your current Go plan as a hotspot from your phone.  If your phone has hotspot capabilities and you have a compatible plan you will be able to use this feature.  There is a great article which will give instructions as well as useful links.

I hope either of these options work for you! Please have a fun weekend!
