Sony Xperia Z5

I've been with AT&T for nearly a decade, and have been waiting for them to carry Sony's Xperia flagships for 2 years. My contract is up in mid September. I'd like to know if they will be carrying the Xperia Z5 models or if I'm going to need to switch carriers, something I'd rather not do.
