@Lorrainy664 You can find someone to say the same thing about every other carrier. No carrier provides great coverage everywhere. It is up to you to figure out which one provides the service you need where you need it. It may not be ATT for you, but don't presume that is true for anyone else. My ATT service works fine for me.

I agree. Me and my husband pay for four lines, unlimited everything, and our service has gotten progressively worse over the past couple of months. We're constantly losing service in areas where we had service previously, even inside our house. It's pretty bad when you have to go outside and walk around your driveway trying to find a spot where you can hear the person on the other end. It took me driving 12-15 miles from my house to the interstate before I was finally able to get service. Ridiculous!! If we weren't in a contract I would cancel my service and go with some other company that doesn't have contracts and high monthly payments for the same Sucky service.

@Cbgbarker You sure you are on a contract? ATT did away with contracts almost two years ago. A Next plan is not a service contract. If you cancel or switch to another carrier, you just have to pay what you owe on the phone, something you eventually must do anyway. If service is that terrible, don't let a phone payment stop you from switching.
