Samsung Rugby 2 - help!

Hello everyone I bought a Samsung rugby from eBay it was suppose to be gray/black but its yellow/gray....

Way way to flashy whenever I pull it out who ever where ever I am someone notices me... Well more so the phone. LOL

Is there any way I can go to a at&t store to swap it out for a gray one I really don't want to send it back to china and pay for all that shipping..... I got everything that comes with the phone originally
