SIM MM2 message but i didnt upgrade or change anything
We have 2 lines and both received error message on our phones (now they dont work) Samsung j327A.yet our account lists us as having iPhones. We haven't changed anything or done anything

The message typically indicates an inactive SIM card. Sounds like something happened on the AT&T side of things. I would go into a corporate store to sort it out, but also check your account online to see if there have been any orders placed recently just to be sure. With all of the identity and mail theft happening can't be too careful.

Somebody DID do some hacking! AT&T fraud dept. Was on it! Thanks! Why can't criminals use their powers for Good!!
