I purchased a Samsung Solstice II two weeks ago and I noticed that it has a feature on it called City ID. After I end a phone call, a message comes up that reads that my City ID trial has expired and it asks if I want to purchase the service for a certain amount of money extra per month. Am I getting charged for this feature, even though the trial period has expired? I always click Cancel to get the message to go away.

Thank you wingrider01 for the information. I found it very helpful. I also called a local AT&T store with the same question. The woman I spoke to said I was not getting charged.

link is over 9 months old, they redesigned their website since then - go to the att wireless site and search for city-id or use google / bing. If I recall correctly the search I used on google was - att city-id
