Hello @CharleyBubbles,


Welcome to the Community Forums.  I love being able to send pictures to my family, so I completely understand how bothersome it is when you cannot.  I would be happy to help you.


First, please make sure the phone is connected to cellular data.  To send a picture message it needs to go over the cell signal and not Wi-Fi. 


Next, if you have a phone you brought from another carrier, please make sure your APN settings for MMS are entered correctly.  We have a great article which goes over how to check your APN settings. 


If you continue to have issues, please use our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool.  Make sure you’re logged into your account and the correct phone is selected.  Please start with messaging for the issue.
