Hi @garysoldschool
Thank you for reaching out to us today. If you are still experiencing this issue, try to turn off Narrator by pressing and holding the Volume Up key. While doing that, double tap the Start button.
If this doesn't work, let's do a soft reset by taking the battery out, replacing it and rebooting the device.
If you are still having issues after that, please let us know and we'll proceed from there.
