Can I get help with Puk codes please. My daughter tried to secure my phone... Which is a flip ZTE. Customer service keeps cutting me off. REALLY NEED HELP. THANKS

Follow https://www.att.com/esupport/article.html#!/wireless/KM1011771. If you have a prepaid phone however I don't think you can avoid talking to customer service. You may be able to get it a corporate AT&T store though.
