One of my Wi-Fi networks disappeared after short power outage

After a short power outage, one of my networks disappeared, the 5G network is still there, yet the one without 5G is not. I need the non-5G network as it sometimes requires too much power, therefore it takes a long time to buffer/load on my phone and other devices; as well as the 5G network not showing up on my other devices.

Greetings @AVictory!

I am pleased to see you are reaching out to us here on the Community Forums! When your devices endure a power outage, it can be concerning to not receive the same services. I will be happy to help!

It sounds to me like you may need to reset the router which is not displaying the 5G network. What's great is you can always use our awesome Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to learn how to reset your device. Once you have completed the process, please test your services and if you are able to see the network from your second device.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to reach back out!
