Nope.  Zero compatibility with ATT.

ATT is shutting down 2G, you can't count on any 2G, the only compatible bands you have.

ATT 3 G is 850 and 1900

LTE is 2,4,5 and 17

This is what you need.....

Take a look at the Samsung phones sold as Gophone.   There are 2 under $100

Or the Huawei honor 5x is about $200 from Best Buy.

There are  a lot of great phones is the $300 range.  Too many to buy a phone that won't work in the US.

For an ATT compatible phone the settings are here.

Ouikitel will never work on ATT.  No APN settings will make a difference as the hardware is not compatible.

I'm sending this from my Oukitel U7. I just wanted to know what the optimum
settings would be.

The link above has ATT APN settings.  If the phone won't work, you know why.  It would be 2G only and 2G is shut down in most of the US.

I suppose it will manage on wifi for data, but won't get cellular.
