New constuction on lot next to my house but I have red lines in my yard
Who do I call on why they marked up my yard and are they doing to dig it up. I already have had it dug up for uverse internet.

If they marked the yard for the internet and Cable install to a new house, they have every right to do so. You would have a utility easement on your plot plan. You can check with your town hall.
