Need your help unlock Nokia Lumia 640 LTE
Hi,
i have purchased a Nokia Lumia phone which is AT&T locked almost 2.5 years ago at Microsoft store. I need your help unlocking the phone. Please let me know what details are needed for this request.

If you're eligible for unlock you can submit an unlock request by following the https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/#/
The form there should show all the information needed.
