My Samsung Galaxy Express 3's screen is black.

The screen is black which makes it look like it's turned off. I put it on the charger for an entire day. I pressed and held the power button and it viberated as if it were turning on but the screen was black and arpeared off. I pressed the volume button down and it made the sounds and viberates as if it were on but the screen stayed black. What's happening???

Hey @EmmaNicole!

I’m so sorry to hear that you’re getting an unresponsive screen on your Samsung Galaxy Express 3 phone! That’s the worst! When did this start happening? You notice any recent damage to the phone?

You can visit the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool online for some tips and tricks to fixing up your current screen issue. Once on the page, just change out the make and model of the phone in the upper left corner, tap on Screen under Service/network issues to start the tutorial.

If you’re still covered through device warranty or have insurance coverage, you can totally file for a replacement phone if needed. If you prefer in person assistance, you can visit our Device Support Center (DSC) for free technical support and warranty help.

Have a great rest of your week!

What did you do????  I couldn't find any help.  It told me to take out the battery and restart -- I've been doing this once or twice a day for months, usually after it drops or cuts off a call and the screen goes black.  Did you get a permanent fix?
It looks like I'll have to go to the AT&T store and be told that my warranty expired last month (as usual).
