Mobley No Time Out option not showing

My ZTE Mobley has the version 1.0.1 firmware installed, but the No Time Out option in the drop-down list in Power Save isn't there. I've tried Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, Opera, and Silk browsers, and the No Time Out option doesn't show on any of them, even with the cache cleared. How can I set my Mobley to No Time Out?
