I would start with resetting your network settings on your phone to refresh your connection to our network. Also, be sure your devices software updates are current.
Then I would use this link How to use the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool, log into your account and select your wireless device, search “hotspot” and follow the troubleshooting prompts to optimize your connection.
Also, there are hotspot boosters which can be purchased for a small amount, if needed.
