Lost my pictures

I recently changed phones and carriers from AT&T where I had a bunch of pictures on the AT&T Axia phone. I took the card out of the old phone put it into the new one and at first my pictures were there but now I cannot find them. How can I get the pictures from the cloud backup to my new phone?

At&t has no cloud storage ad if they did, you lost it when you switched.  

Do you still have the old phone?
