Lost Money

Got a new phone and picked the wrong plan to start with. Put a $30 card on it and now it's all gone. Is there a way to get it back?

What wrong plan did you pick? If the $30 was used to pay for the plan, then it's gone. You can't get it back. If you changed your plan after it was paid for, you forfeited any days left of that plan.
