LG Xenon Data Cable Connection issue

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a data cable on Ebay for my Xenon. When I plugged the data cable into my xenon and then into the computer, the phone started going in and out the charging mode. It was as if you were plugging the wall charger in and taking it out every second. A quick message appeared stating "Insert Memory Card For Connecting". Anyone else experience this? I installed the USB Modem drivers that were included on the small CD. I noticed that the USB cable says "For LG VX9100". Some googling around tells me that this cable should be compatible with the phone. My phone is in USB Mass Storage Mode. Are there any Xenon drivers out there? Anyone else experience this? Any help would be appreciated.

The problem turned out to be my front USB ports. There wasn't enough power/bandwidth available. I hooked up the phone and datacable to my laptop and the phone is able to charge. I'm still waiting on PIM software for the Xenon though.
