I believe that it should copy all contacts. It should only take a minute depending on how many contacts that you have.

I also had a broken screen on my CU515 phone.
I tried to copy the contacts using the method described on 07-20-2008 but I could only copy one contact at a time.
I was finally able to copy the entire address book (my contacts) to my smart chip by using the following method.

After tuning power on I waited a minute or so for full power-up (remember, my screen was broken - - if fact, completely torn off the phone)
Press "C" cancel button to make sure the phone is not sleeping
Press "Menu" (top left button, it looks like "-" a straight line.
Press "3" for address book
Press "5" to copy all contacts
Press "2" to copy to smart chip
Press "1" to keep orginal (or "2" to delete the original contact list)

Note if the smart chip is full, then a person would not know without trying the above first or putting the smart chip into a new phone and viewing the memory of the smart chip.
If the smart chip is full or nearly full then a person doing this work would likely need to delete all contacts on the smart chip using the following method.

To delete all contact from the smart chip (so it can be reloaded)
Press "C" three or four times to back out of any menus or press the Red "off" button momuntarily, to cancel all menus.
Press "Menu" (as described above)
Press "3" for address book
Press "6" to Delete all contacts
Press "1" to delete all contacts in the smart chip only
Press "1" to confirm the delete of all contacts in the smart chip
Then after about two or three minutes (depending how many contact must be deleted)
Press the Red "off" button momentarily to cancel all menus
then go to the steps in the first section above on copying the contact to the clean smart chip

Revision-1 on Message posted stating "I also had a broken screen"

I found by using another fully functioning CU515 that I had to confirm my decision to copy all my contacts to a clean smart chip (having a newly deleted memory).

Therefore, I added another step, which worked for me, i.e..;

Press "1" to keep original

Press "1" to confirm that I wanted to continue

On the model I have, I had to Press "8" to select Address book instead on "3".

Press "8" for address book
Press "5" to copy all contacts
Press "2" to copy to smart chip
Press "1" to keep original

Press "1" to confirm that I wanted to continue

When it finished copying it played a ringtone.

Thanks everyone.
