LG B470 Flip Phone
I'm trying to set up my voicemail. When I press one and the prompt comes on it ask for more information to send to correct mailbox. It was the 10 digit mailbox number or if you have a mailbox on this system press #. If you press # it ask for a mailbox number. How do I get the voicemail set up?

I completely understand how important it is to be able to use the voicemail function of your device! It’s a great way to allow people to let you know they may need some information from you if you miss their call. I would be more than happy to help get everything set up correct for you.
When you call the voicemail and it prompts you for the 10 digit mail box number, does anything happen when you input your 10 digit phone number? If it allows you to follow the prompts to set up your voicemail number, please follow them to continue with the set up process.
If after putting it in, you are still receiving an error message; judging by your post the issue may stem from an issue within your account settings.
