Keypad Volume - Samsung A747 SLM

Question

Hi,I have a Samsung A747 SLM. I can barely hear any sound when pressing the keypad when calling or texting...it's VERY faint. This is a warrenty replacement for another A747 that I had other issues with. The one I had before was very loud. I cannot find where to adjust this volume....and nothing in the manual addresses it. I 'd appreciate any help or feedback you can give me.Thanks!Ann

Try menu, settings, profiles, options, edit, press the 4 way key to the right to phone sounds then scroll down to volume, options, change, ok, options, save. I think this will work with a747. Hope it helps.
