Insurance Replacing Passport with PRIV?
I filed a claim for replacement of a damaged passport but they are trading it for a PRIV and not another passport. Anyone know why or have had this also happen?

@noknobs Because that's what they have, The insurance can replace with similar but better items. They seem to repalce with what they have on hand.
If this is NOT the case (similar or better), you need to take it up with the insurance company.
