I have no coverage or reception at my home for cell phone use.

Who do I need to inform that my home isn't capable of phone calls? My home is the absolute worst place to hold a phone call. You will experience drop calls too breaking up on a consistent basis. This has been on going in the past but today I'm fed up. I tried to speak to a new employer today and what do you know, my signal fails with me breaking up.

Hello,

I completely understand how important it is to have good cell service at home. The Community Forums is a great place to come to for help!

If this has been a consistent issue, there can be a possibility the signal is being blocked by building materials, or in an area of poor network coverage. The good news is we have an app called Mark the Spot to help us improve the reception in those areas.

Your feedback is always used to help us find where we can better optimize and enhance the network. Another option which can provide an immediate improvement is Wi-Fi calling. If you would like to set it up now, please visit this article for more information.

Our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool is another great way to fix poor service problems too. Please be sure to select your device make and model for the best experience!

I hope this helps anyone else who encounters this issue.
