I have a htc all tell phone that's lock. Can y'all unlock it so I can use the bring your own phone plan?

This is a great question about unlocking an Alltel phone and I completely understand how important it is to have it unlocked. I researched this extensively. I was able to discover, since Alltel no longer exists, it will be best to contact HTC directly. I hope this helps!

@Poohbear22 The simple answer is no. Alltel no longer exists and only they can unlock the phone.
