How do I block calls on my Kyocera Duramax

We can't seem to find anywhere on the phone to block incoming calls.  Anyone have any help?

Thanks

Hi @debt0711

Is it a CDMA phone? Do you have a manual for it?

Thanks,

It's a Duraforce E6560.  We did not get a manual, found one online but can't find the info in the manual.  I have no idea if it a CDMA phone.

Hi @debt0711

Thanks for clarifying. You should be able to block any numbers you want from your call logs. Go to the Phone all and open your incoming/outgoing calls logs, then select a number you want to block and click on 3 dots at the bottom, and click on "Add to Reject List".

Thanks,

Dmitriy

Go to the address book.

click the 3 vertical dots at teh bottom (you should see the magnifying glass, the +Person symbo and the 3 dots  along the bottom)

it should bring up "call settings" .. click that

click on call rejection" about half way down the list

it should bring up  "call rejection list"

click that

down at the bottom click on the "  +person symbol" pick the number you want

from your contacts or recent calls or choose "new number" and type in the one you want to reject

there may be an easier way but that's how I found to do it just now as I wanted to block one.

good luck
