I can't enable my hotspot for my device.

I've been trying to turn on my hotspot since I've had my new number, and it tells me that I need to enable it for my device, any directions on where to go for that?

Hello, @Ranchsauce,

We'd love to help with this! We have information for you on setting up a mobile hotspot. Look over the requirements on that page to make sure your device and service will permit you to use your device as a hotspot.

Have a great week!

I Am having a similar problem, and seem to be stuck in an online support loop.

I have checked that I am on a plan that supports personal hot spots. I got to my device settings > Cellular > Set Up Personal Hotspot, and it sends me back to the AT&T website to check the compatibility of my plan.

I am on a compatible plan, I would like to start using my device as a personal hotspot!!
