We understand the inconvenience of your device not charging. There has been a software update release to correct this issue. Since the device has to be connected to the network to receive the update over the air, please follow the steps below if your battery is fully depleted:
Remove the battery
Plug the Nighthawk into a power outlet with the manufacturer provided power cord
Turn on the mobile hotspot
Connect a phone, tablet or latptop to the mobile hotspot
Access the website http://attwifimanager from the browser of the connected device
Click Settings> Administration> Firmware Update
Click Check for updates
