My Alexa and phone loose their connection to my Hot Spot overnight. I have to Reset, and Restart my Net Gear each morning. Any idea why? It's quite annoying to set up Alexa each morning, over and over.
We'd love to help with this. It sounds as if the hotspot is going to sleep or on standby. You should be able to sign into your online account and go into Settings>Setup>Wireless and then change Wi-Fi Standby to Disabled. If this doesn't help, let us know which of the NetGear hotspots you have.
