Homebase Login ID not recognized

Trying to set up the wirelss Homebase to check usage on my PC.   When I enter the login ID password from bottom of unit I get an error message.  The homebase is otherwise working for internet access and phone.  Could someone have hacked my login ID and be using my data?

Hi @LappyJ!

Thanks for posting! There are two ways to check usage on your Home Base:
1.       Log into your myAT&T account. This will use a username and password that you create (not from the Home Base unit,) and will show all devices on your AT&T account. Click here to log in or register a myAT&T account. Once logged in, you can click “View all usage” near the device pictures.
2.       You can also use the AT&T Home Base Manager to check your data plan usage. Open a web browser on a device that is connected to the Home Base, and enter http://att.homebase directly into the browser’s address field. The login will be attadmin.
The password on the bottom of your Home Base is used to connect a device via Wi-Fi. Without this password, users are unable to connect to your Home Base.
Hope this helps!

Just recently, http://att.homebase login quit working. What's up?
