Help with unlocked Alcatel A382g phone

I recently bought an Alcatel factory UNLOCKED A382G bar phone (in error) which works with AT&T or T-Mobile.  I need a SIM card but I am not sure exactly what I get and from where.  Can anyone help please, I am unfamiliar with unlocked phones.  This is a  Tracfone branded phone but Tracfone does not at present accept Tracfone UNLOCKED phones, so I  found out.

Hello @gogreen1,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums for assistance; I’d be happy to help you!  If you click here, you will be taken to our support page to review the device requirements to work on the AT&T Network.

You can get an AT&T SIM card by going to an AT&T Retail Store, chatting in with a representative, or by calling into customer care.

If you are needing to start GoPhone service, you can buy a GoPhone SIM Card Kit online by clicking here.

Thanks,

Charise
