HOw do I perform a manufacter/hard reset on the Moto Q?
One of my phone lines has a moto q. It is doing odd new things. such as going through screens on it's own. the power button and other keys are lacking response as well. as in, not respondin at all at times.
There aren't any new programs or files recently added to the device.
I'd like to do a hard reset. But can't seem to find directions on how to do so.
