Our first AT&T WiFi HotSpot went completely dead a little over 1 year & a little after we first became HotSpot customers.
The bright light became so very faint I almost missed it as the power button began blinking very fast in a very faint red light. I tried every thing a newbie could do with the little info I was given with this device. So a friend of ours gave us his HotSpot. It was barely used (he switched to Sprint). This second HotSpot worked for 2 weeks & the VERY same thing happened! Now I don't know what to do & l'm afraid to get another one. Please someone help me, My daughter is in college & she needs the Wifi to work.
