Going out of country
I will be going on vacation in 2 weeks to playa del Carmen, Mexico and I have a at&t iPhone with the $45 a month plan and want to know if I take my phone with me will i be able to call someone thay is still in the Usa.

If you mean the $45 prepaid plan, yes that plan includes usage in Mexico. You can call, text and use your data from Mexico.
