Go phone refill not working

I just bought my refill card, went to my car, scratched off the pin, and typed it in and it's saying that refill card pin has already been used and it won't let me add the 45 I paid to my account

I’m sorry to hear you have been unable to apply your GoPhone refill card to your account. I would be happy to assist with this. Have you tried refilling your account online? To do so:

  1. Go to your MyAT&T, and login with your GoPhone wireless number and 4-digit password.
  2. Select Refill Account, and choose GoPhone Refill Card.
  3. Enter the card PIN, and then select Refill Now.
