You have a few options to fix the tablet. If the device has no physical or liquid damage, you can contact LG and have it replaced via warranty. Warranty replacements are done at no cost to you and will fix your screen issue. They have three options for contacting them, chat, email, or telephone. Since it is a tablet the warranty does need to be replaced by the manufacturer.
Should the tablet have physical or liquid damage you can always file an insurance claim. With an insurance claim you will receive a replacement tablet from Asurion. You can begin the claim either on the phone or online. Their number is 1-888-562-8662 and their hours for calls are Monday – Friday 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. CT and Saturday – Sunday 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Since it has been more than 14 days from the date of purchase, you will not be able to return it to the store. Our return policy has all the information you need in regards to exchanging devices.

Hi , I have your loyal client for soo many years, in May 2015 I had purchased a new iPhone and your studio city branch employee convinced me in getting this tablet he said if I buy an iPhone ill get this tablet free, so I said ok , so it turned out that the ipad was very slow and a bad product , and I was getting charged monthly fee on the line for the tablet , I had called and realized I signed a contract for the stupid tablet for 2 years, and the tablet is sooo slow I have never used it cause it takes an hour to turn on , an hour to turn off, I had talked to one of your supervisors 3-24-2017 to resolve this issue he was more rude than the previous employee he hung up on me , so I am really not happy with your service if this matter is not resolved I am gonna have to cancel all 5 lines in May upon finishing my contract .

I have a house at 71043rd street Oakland, there is a wire from your company to attached on our roof board. The wire pulled the roof board away from our house.
Please send your worker come to see the problem.
