If my phone is on a wi-fi network can when I make a call on Facetime will I be charged the same as if it were not on a wi-fi network?

Facetime service is free, but it uses data and it's important to keep track of to make sure it's not putting you over the limit. However, like raufshake said, when on wi-fi, no cellular data is used and nothing counts against your limit.

You can make a call from factime. Data will be consumed from the wi fi network.
Ensure you turn off the cellular data to avoid any charges.
