Since downloading 9 to my phone it drops calls

We understand that you are experiencing issues with call quality. Allow us to lend a helping hand. What exactly did you download to your device? We'd like to know specifically. Are you experiencing any other issues apart from dropped calls?

 

If you've been experiencing call quality issues before, you can use our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool to tackle the issue. Select Phone calls beneath Service/network issues, and follow the steps. We look forward to hearing back from you!
