Device unlock portal - Pending?

I put in a request to carrier unlock my old iPhone 6 so I can sell it. I put the request through and received an email titled, "Your request to unlock an AT&T device is pending‏" with "Please confirm the request within the next 24 hours, or the request will be canceled." I clicked the confirm link and received some kind of website error. Now when I check the status of the unlock using the IMEI and request ID # it says, "Device unlock portal - Pending" -- "To complete your request, follow the confirmation link in the email we sent you.". When I try to click the confirm link again from the email, it says the link has expired. Am I good? Is the request going through? I know it can take 24+ hours.

Welcome to AT&T Community Forums! I am sorry to hear that you are getting a website error when clicking on the confirmation link. I will be more than happy to help!

 

Typically, a device unlock request will be canceled in 24 hours if it is not confirmed. Since you are getting an error, I recommend submitting another request just to be safe. If you have another email that you can use, I would try that as well. Once you see that the request has been confirmed at our Device Unlock Status page, then it will be in the processing stage.

Hello i submitted an unlock request 24hrs ago but didn't get a confirmation message to confirm the request ,status is still pending , now am trying to submit again and i get the error that we are already processing. I need to cancel since it has not been cancelled automatically.Please help. Request number is NUL222753159884
