We can definitely answer that question for you. When your device is enrolled in one of our device protection programs and experiences loss, theft, physical/liquid damage, or an out-of-warranty malfunction, you can File an insurance claim to replace your mobile device. A non-refundable deductible will be charged for each approved claim. The deductibles for replacement claims are based on the device tiers and vary depending on your device's make and model.
