Cell service continues to get worse in our area

We have been AT&T customers for over 10 years. The last few years our service at home has become dreadful. They recently messaged and a tower had been "enhanced" in our area. The only difference we noticed is that we have probably the slowest service we have had in 10 years. Almost impossible to download anything and you can't talk on the phone as you will be disconnected. We need help!!! Whom do i need to reach out to get this fixed????

We have been trying to get our att network working fie iver 3 mnths.  We have had techs out to our home, and been in the phone with tech fir hours at a time but still nit able to surf.
