Can make but not receive calls
When I make a call everything is ok but when someone tries to call i get an error message

Welcome to the Community Forums. With two teenage daughters, I would be distraught if I wasn’t receiving my calls. I would be happy to help you with this.
First let’s try a soft reset. This will not remove any personal information, and just helps refresh the connections.
iPhone 7 and 7+
Hold the Power and Volume down button until you see the Apple logo
All other iPhones
Hold Power and Home buttons until you see the Apple logo
Most Androids
Hold the Power and Volume down buttons until the phone restarts or you are given the option
Next, please use our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Make sure your phone is selected, and then for the issue choose Phone calls. Please run through all the troubleshooting steps.
Lastly, there have been some issues with DriveMode interfering with incoming calls. Please disable the app after clearing the cache.
Android
Settings > Apps > DriveMode > Clear cache and then disable
iPhones
Uninstall the app
