CONTINUALLY REBOOTING THE ATT HOMEBASE?

This is my third year with ATT homebase. I have replaced the unit once, early last summer. Now, I am having the same problems which caused me to return the first one (which was NOT an easy procedure!):

A. Seemless -60 to -70 dBm most of the time, but

B. 5-10 times a day (from 06:00 until 23:30, most days) suddenly slows down, stops, no email, no phone service, no internet connection. Check the  ATT HOMEBASE SOFTWARE settings/network, only to find strength has deteriorated to -92 to -95 dBm. 

C. Unplug HOMEBASE, turn off, remove battery, replace, plug in, turn on.

D. Wait 3-4 minutes for reboot.

E. Back to -62 dBm, for awhile.

F. FIVE TO 10 TIMES A DAY!!! Up the stairs, down the stairs.

G. Is ATT slowing down my connection during peak hours???

Also since it’s a cellular network connection there may be times where speeds fluctuate throughout the day or in certain parts of your house. We offer various tools and tips to optimize your connection. While the link provided is for U-Verse internet many of the tips and tricks apply for your internet connection.

Well...so much for assistance with this ATT HOMEBASE PROBLEM! I guess that it is simply another good idea which wasn't tested enough prior to release. I will look for another solution, from another provider.
