The latest version supported by AT&T is version 4.6.0.167.
The latest version available from RIM is version 4.6.0.216 (as of Tuesday). I'm running this version and don't see any significant change from 4.6.0.167.
The latest "leaked" version is 4.6.0.219 which includes Visual Voicemail, but it doesn't work yet, and I don't think it will unless the carrier supports it.
