Blackberry Key2 data connection issue on ATT
Hi. I am having the same issue as another customer for whom you found a solution.
- New, unlocked Blackberry Key2
- Internet was working over AT&T network, but suddenly stopped
- I now get SERVICE_OPTION_NOT_SUBSCRIBED messages when I attempt to access the web
You needed to take the other customer's issue to private message, so I missed out on the solution. Would appreciate your help with this.

We’re happy to help! You’ll have to update the data settings for a non-AT&T Android device. The hotlinked tutorial will give you step by step directions for changing the Access Point Names in your Settings menu. Let us know if you have any questions with the process. Thanks for reaching out!
