Att Axia
My new axia seems like the screen is frozen but it will display notifications and screen lights up. Its like sensitivity, r to touch is non respondent. Any else have this problem?

We can definitely provide you with some troubleshooting steps for when your cell phone's screen is frozen or unresponsive. Please go ahead and force restart your device by pressing and holding the Volume Down and Power/Lock buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds, until the device restarts to see if that resolves the issue.
