I filed a claim for my Samsung Galaxy S6 Active and Asurion says I have to factory reset my phone when I send it to them but I cannot factory reset it because the charger port does not work so I cannot connect it to my PC and also the LCD screen does not work so I can't see the screen but the phone can still turn on and off because of the notification LED indicator. I am afraid that I am going to get fined if I return it without resetting it. What do I do?

Thank you very much! It helped a lot I was going to go to the AT&T store for help but this fixed the problem.
