About my plan
I just got this phone on the 25 of March and I couldn't even use my internet go on YouTube or anything only thing I couldn't do is send messages and call but that didn't last after a couple days it was talking bout refill my son didn't even make use of this

It would help answer your question if you would identify what plan you have. Sounds like you have some prepaid plan that has run out of minutes.
