I've been trying to unlock two of my phones for a few months now. They are both locked to AT&T. When I request the unlocking they send me the confirmation email. I receive nothing from them after this. I really need these phones unlocked.

We can help with that. You can check the status of those requests simply by following these instructions.
Also, make sure to check your email's other folders including SPAM and Junk for any updates to your device unlock requests.
